We currently have 7 apprentices working within the PCML Group learning a variety of skills including CNC Milling, CNC Turning, metal abrication, and general manufacturing skills.
This week is National Apprenticeship Week – so we caught up with two of our apprentices, George and Harry to find out what their apprenticeships mean to them.
My apprenticeship gives me the opportunity to develop my CNC machining and programming skills, whilst also experiencing and learning everything I need to know first-hand, on the job. George – Trainee CNC Machinist and Programmer
Training to become a skilled CNC Machinist with PCML is great, the variety of work means I get to experience all aspects of manufacturing. My team are really supportive, and one day I would like to be a team manager. Harry – Trainee CNC Milling Machinist
Our PCML Group mentorship team provide the support and guidance our apprentices need to reach their potential – and we would like to wish all of our apprentices a very bright future in the world of manufacturing.
